The taste of spring – The easiest asparagus recipe in the world!
Springtime is asaparagus season! Boiled, steamed or grilled: Asparagus is one of my favorites vegetables. I enjoy asparagus in my salad as a side with my steak or as a creamy soup. I love quick and easy dishes that can be done in less than 30 min. Bacon wrapped asparagus is done super fast and tastes amazing! Only two ingredients are needed: asparagus spears and bacon strips.

The taste of spring - Creamy asparagus soup
Springtime is asaparagus season! Boiled, steamed or grilled: Asparagus is one of my favorites vegetables. I enjoy asparagus in my salad as a side with my steak or as a creamy soup. During asparagus season, I always cook a lot of creamy asparagus soup and freeze it in portions, so that I can enjoy a nice bowl of hot asparagus soup for many more months.

The taste of autumn - Pumpkin soup
October is the month of pumpkins! Many delicious dishes can be made out of these giant berries (yes, botanically, pumpkins are berries). My favorite pumpkin dish is pumpkin soup. Usually, I cook a large amount of soup at one time, portion and freeze it so that I can enjoy homemade pumpkin soup throughout the whole winter. Pumpkins come in all shapes and sizes. Therefore, in this recipe I am not going to give any weight specifications but proportions of the other ingredients in relation to the amount of pumpkin. My favorite pumpkin for soup is butternut but any other pumpkin works fine too.

Panzanella - Tuscan Bread Salad
Panzanella is an Italian bread salad perfect for summer dinners. It’s a typical dish from Tuscany where I lived and trained as a professional classical and contemporary dancer for a few years. Usually, Panzanella is made with unsalted Tuscan bread which I personally do not like too much. Therefore, I have my own version of Panzanella which I would like to share with you.

Crunchy Baguettes
I love baguette! It’s my favorite bread. I use it for everything: bruschetta, garlic bread, panzanella (a very yummy bread salad), hot dogs or I just enjoy it with butter and home-made strawberry jam or honey. I would like to share the recipe with you. It takes a bit of time to bake those baguettes, but it is absolutely worth it!
