Ich bin ein Mensch, der nicht gerne frühstückt. Aber in den Ferien ist alles anders: Ich stehe früh auf (um 6 Uhr oder sogar früher), geniesse den morgendlichen Frieden und die Stille - und ein paar Stunden später ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. In Hoi An, Zentralvietnam, fand ich drei Cafés, die jeweils eine grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen schmackhaften Speisen, Gerichten und Getränken zum Frühstück anbieten (teilweise sogar den ganzen Tag über), welche ich euch nicht vorenthalten will. Sie alle liegen wunderschön etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, entweder am Strand, im Reisfeld oder direkt am Fluss.
