Chocolate Lover’s Dream - Mini Chocolate Cakes that melt in your mouth
Deutsche Version
When I was in primary school, we had this tradition that the birthday child would bring a cake, cupcakes or some other sweet treat for their classmates. My classmate Melanie brought these chocolatey mini chocolate cakes that melt in my mouth. I asked her for the recipe which I would like to share with you. The recipe is for about 25 mini chocolate cakes.
Beat
250 g butter
180 g sugar
4 eggs
to ribbon stage. In the meantime, melt
250 g dark chocolate
and add to the batter. Add
250 g ground hazelnut or almond and
100 g white flour
an mix well. Line a muffin tin with muffin liner and distribute the batter equally to the muffin liners. Preheat the oven to 225° C and bake for approximately 9 minutes. Take them out, let them cool down and enjoy! Vanilla ice cream goes very well with these mini chocolate cakes.
