Not only hair but also skin benefits from the oil’s good properties. Therefore, castor oil is widely used as an ingredient in the cosmetic industry for skin and hair care. It contains ricinolein acid, a potent fatty acid that can moisturize and protect the skin barrier. On top of that, castor oil is rich in vitamin E which also moisturizes and protects the skin, prevents wrinkles and fights acne.

Usually, Panzanella is made with unsalted Tuscan bread which I personally do not like too much. Therefore, I have my own version of Panzanella which I would like to share with you.

Panzanella ist ein italienischer Brotsalat, den ich gerne als leichtes Abendessen an warmen Sommertagen geniesse. Panzanella ist ein typisches Gericht aus der Toskana, wo ich einige Jahre gelebt und als professionelle klassische und zeitgenössische Tänzerin trainiert und gearbeitet habe. Traditionellerweise wird Panzanella mit dem typische ungesalzenen toskanischen Brot gemacht, welches mir aber nicht besonders schmeckt. Deshalb habe ich meine eigene Panzanella-Version, welche ich gerne mit euch teile.
Knusprige Baguettes
Ich liebe Baguette! Es ist meine liebste Brotsorte und ich mache daraus würziges Knoblauchbrot, leckere Panzanella (ein italienischer Brotsalat), Hotdogs oder ich geniesse es mit Butter, selbstgemachter Erdbeermarmelade oder süssem Honig. Gerne teile ich mein Baguette-Rezept mit euch! Es dauert etwas, aber der Aufwand lohnt sich.

I love baguette! It’s my favorite bread. I use it for everything: bruschetta, garlic bread, panzanella (a very yummy bread salad), hot dogs or I just enjoy it with butter and home-made strawberry jam or honey. I would like to share the recipe with you. It takes a bit of time to bake those baguettes, but it is absolutely worth it!
